1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, confirming a booking, or proceeding with any service provided by Choice V. Cleaning — whether verbally, in writing, or via email — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and any other parties at the property. These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("the Client") and Choice V. Cleaning PTY LTD ("the Company").

 

2. Our Services

Choice V. Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to: regular house cleaning, spring and deep cleaning, bond cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, pre-sale cleaning, one-off cleaning, commercial cleaning, Homekeeper Service, and support services under the NDIS and DVA programmes.

All services are subject to availability. The scope of each service will be confirmed at the time of booking or via written communication prior to the service date.

 

3. Quotes & Estimates

3.1 Free Property VisitTo better understand your needs and provide an accurate quote, we offer a complimentary property visit at no cost or obligation to you. The visit typically takes 10–15 minutes and allows our team to assess the areas of your home, understand your priorities, and tailor the service to your specific requirements.

3.2 Quote by EstimateWhere a property visit is not possible, we can provide an estimate based on property size, service type, and information provided by the Client. Please note that estimates may be subject to adjustment once the team arrives, if the property condition differs materially from what was described.

3.3 Quote ValidityAll quotes and estimates provided by Choice V. Cleaning are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing. After this period, a new quote may be required.

3.4 Quote Approval & BookingIf you wish to proceed with a quoted service, please confirm via email or phone. Once confirmed, we will contact you to schedule your first appointment.

 

4. Bookings & Scheduling

Once booking details are confirmed in writing, the service is considered scheduled. For recurring appointments, reminder notifications will be sent:

  • At 12:00 PM the day before the scheduled service

  • Approximately 2 hours before the appointment

Appointment times are estimates. While we make every effort to arrive punctually, traffic or operational factors may occasionally cause minor delays. We will communicate any significant delays as early as possible.

 

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

5.1 Notice RequiredCancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated by 10:00 AM on the last business day before the scheduled appointment, via phone/SMS or email.

5.2 Late CancellationCancellations received after the deadline may incur a late cancellation fee. Details of any applicable fee will be included in your service agreement or communicated at the time of booking.

5.3 No Access / LockoutIf our team arrives at the property and is unable to gain access due to incorrect information or no response, a call-out fee may apply. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before leaving.

5.4 Repeated CancellationsClients who cancel or reschedule frequently may have their recurring arrangement reviewed, with reasonable written notice provided.

 

6. Service Time & Maintenance

The time allocated for each service is based on the agreed frequency and assumes the property is maintained within that schedule. If a service is skipped or cancelled and not rescheduled within the agreed timeframe, additional time may be required at the next visit to account for natural build-up. Clients will be informed of any adjustments in advance where possible.

 

7. Our Team

Choice V. Cleaning is committed to consistency. We make every reasonable effort to send the same team to your property for recurring services. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and offer to reschedule or provide a replacement team of equivalent standard.

Each client is assigned a dedicated supervisor who is familiar with your home, your preferences, and your routine. Our supervisor conducts periodic visits to ensure quality standards are maintained and to support the team throughout the service.

As an additional commitment to your safety and peace of mind: if your regular cleaner is unavailable and a replacement team member is required, our dedicated supervisor will always be present at the property during that visit. No unfamiliar person will enter your home without the presence of your supervisor. This policy applies across all service types and is part of our commitment to trust, consistency, and client security.

 

8. Cleaning Products & Equipment

We supply all necessary equipment and cleaning products. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences prior to your first service so we can accommodate your needs. Eco-friendly and lower-toxicity options are available upon request.

If you prefer us to use your own equipment or specific products, please let us know at the time of booking.

 

9. House Access

If you will not be present at the property during your scheduled service, we offer secure access arrangements to ensure your home is protected at all times. Access options will be discussed and agreed upon privately with your dedicated supervisor prior to the service — we treat the security of your home and personal information with the utmost care.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that agreed access details are accurate and up to date. The Company is not liable for any inability to perform the service due to missing or incorrect access information provided by the Client.

 

10. Quality Guarantee & Feedback

Your satisfaction is our priority. If any aspect of our service does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address the concern at no additional cost, within the agreed scope of work.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected by this clause. If a service was not delivered with due care and skill, you are entitled to remedies under the ACL regardless of this timeframe.

 

11. Damage & Liability

Choice V. Cleaning is fully insured. If damage occurs as a direct result of our team's actions during a service, please notify us in writing within 24 hours, with photos where possible. We will assess the matter and respond promptly.

We are not liable for damage to items that are pre-existing, fragile, improperly assembled, or in a state of disrepair prior to our arrival.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service performed. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

12. NDIS & DVA Clients

Choice V. Cleaning is a registered NDIS provider and an approved DVA service provider. Services delivered under NDIS or DVA funding are subject to the applicable programme guidelines, participant plans, and support budgets.

NDIS participants retain all rights under the NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS Practice Standards. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. DVA services are delivered in accordance with the DVA Home Support Programmeguidelines.

 

13. Privacy

We collect and use personal information solely to deliver and manage our services. Your information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required by law or necessary to deliver the service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

 

15. Changes to These Terms

Choice V. Cleaning may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
