How do I book a clean?

To better understand your needs and provide a more accurate quote, we ideally like to schedule a quick visit to the property — it’s completely free and usually only takes around 10 minutes. This also helps us align expectations, understand priorities, and organise the tasks properly before the cleaning day. However, we can also provide an estimate based on the size of the home and the services required.

Are you insured?

Yes. Choice V. Cleaning is fully insured, giving you complete peace of mind when our team is in your home or business.

Do you do commercial cleaning?

Do you offer NDIS cleaning services?
Yes. We are NDIS registered and provide domestic assistance for participants, including general cleaning, sanitisation, laundry support, and light household tasks. Our team is trained to work respectfully and carefully in these environments.

Do you offer home organising?
Yes. Alongside our cleaning services, we offer personalised home organising solutions — helping you declutter, reorganise, and set up systems that make your home easier to maintain. Every organising service is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. We supply everything — vacuums, microfibre cloths, mops, dusters, scrubbers, and all cleaning products. You don't need to provide anything.

What products do you use? Are they eco-friendly?
We use a range of professional-grade cleaning products, including eco-friendly and lower-toxicity options. Our products are selected based on safety and effectiveness, and we always follow strict protocols on chemical handling and surface care.

I have children, pets, or allergies. Can you accommodate that?
Absolutely. We tailor our product selection and cleaning approach to suit sensitive environments, including homes with young children, pets, allergies, or elderly residents. Just let us know when you book and we'll make the necessary adjustments.

How consistent is your team? Will I get the same cleaner each visit?
We make every effort to assign consistent teams to our clients. Continuity is important to us — it means your cleaner gets to know your home, your preferences, and your routine. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we will always communicate this in advance and our supervisor will be ready to cover the team instead.

What if I'm not happy with my clean?

We take quality seriously. If anything isn't up to standard, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make it right — whether that's a touch-up, additional cleaning, or finding a resolution that works for you. All feedback is reviewed and used to continuously improve our service.

Do you do quality checks? Yes. We have supervisors who conduct inspections and quality control as part of our standard process. We also welcome client feedback after every clean to make sure we're consistently meeting your expectations.
